About Tom
- CrossFit of Marlboro
Tom was born in Germany. He lived in Texas and California where he became involved in the fitness industry in his early 20's. He came to New England in his early 30's and continued his passion for fitness. He also studied Tae Kwon Doe and became a competitive kick boxer.
CrossFit Certified
Tom's Certifications Include:
* NASM - Level 1
* NASM - Advanced
* Certifications working with the older adult
* CPR Certified
* Black Belt in MMA (mixed martial arts)
* Tae Kwon Doe (kickboxing 10+ years)
Tom has helped hundreds of people over the course of his career change their lives.
Tom has overcome his own challenges with an injury from childhood leading to severe arthritis and a double hip replacement in 2002 resulting from that injury. He went on to challenge himself after his surgery. You can see in the photo (Click Here) a couple of years later his continuing dedication to himself by moving on to win a 1st 2nd and 3rd placements in several Natural Body Building Competitions. Men's masters over 50.
